Seibert and Dloski negotiates collective bargaining agreements with a variety of labor unions including Teamsters, UAW, AFSCME, Police Officers' Labor Council, Michigan Association of Fire Fighters and International Association of Fire Fighters. The firm provides advice concerning the administration of collective bargaining agreements, drafts legal opinions, participates in arbitration proceedings, including Act 312 arbitration, provides legal advice relating to the discipline and discharge of employees and represents its municipal clients before a variety of administrative agencies including the Michigan Employment Security Commission, Michigan Department of Civil Rights and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Seibert and Dloski has defended numerous lawsuits filed by municipal employees in both state and federal courts for job termination on the basis of age discrimination, race discrimination, gender discrimination, the violation of various constitutional rights and wrongful discharge.
