Seibert and Dloski has extensive experience in the area of municipal zoning and planning. The firm provides counsel to numerous planning commissions, zoning boards of appeal and township boards. The firm is frequently called upon to advise its municipal clients on the interpretation and enforcement of zoning ordinances. The firm drafts zoning ordinance amendments, planned unit development agreements, authors legal opinions concerning the enforcement of ordinance provisions, reviews master plans and has extensive experience in zoning litigation.

Zoning and planning expertise necessarily includes the enforcement of the zoning ordinance through the prosecution of misdemeanor appearance tickets and circuit court litigation for injunctive relief and the abatement of nuisances. The firm has extensive experience in both of these areas.
